The shellfish, I didn't know what half of them were, but they were shiny wet, slippery onyx, taupe and pearly white, florescent crimson, soft coral, sandy beigy and plentiful, plentiful, plentiful!

Scallops, I believe. These are one of my favorites. As a native of New Jersey I say scaaaalops, in Maine they say scawlips. Either way, I love them! |

I love to grill tuna at home, I don't think it will ever be the same after this tuna auction experience. First they lay them out, buyers come to inspect them so they can bid, and they are carted away after the auction. These tuna came from Cape Town, South Africa. |
